Overview

I hope you’ll be very happy with any items bought from me but in the event of you needing to return an item or cancel an order here is how it works:


Changing your mind

You can cancel your order for any reason up to the point of dispatch and any payments made to me will be refunded in full asap, but definitely within 28 days. if you cancel an order that has already been shipped, and I have sent you an e-mail confirming this, you may still cancel your order but I will need to charge you the delivery fee. 

When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product (other than a special order) up to 14 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). I can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. if the order has been dispatched, you can return the product to me in its original packaging and I will organise a refund (excluding delivery fee). you mmet inform me of your intention to return the product by e-mail to hello@fintanwall.com within 14 days of making your order and mmet return the product to me within 28 days of delivery. 

If you have placed a special order with me, which will be clearly indicated on the website, then the items are being made specifically for you. these are non-refundable / non-returnable. Of course, I aim to be reasonable, so please get in touch if you have any issues. 

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Goods not as described

I aim to give you accurate descriptions of all my goods, but in the event of it not being what you expected I’ll be happy for you to return the items and give you a full refund. Due to the nature of digital reproduction and screen calibration I cannot guarantee the accuracy of colour depictions of my items. Please feel free to contact me at hello@fintanwall.com for further information about any of my products.


Damaged Goods

If your goods arrive faulty or broken please e-mail me at hello@fintanwall.com within 24 hours of receiving your goods. I will ask you to return the goods to me as soon as possible and within 28 days of delivery. I will then give you a full refund.  

Returning Items

To return your product, you should mail your product to:
Fintan Wall Design, c/o Brindle Coffee And Wine, 34 Lennox Street, Portobello, Dublin 8, D08 N265, Ireland

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance otherwise I can’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
